Our products are not held in stock; all items are ordered and processed after direct communication with our team via email or phone. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice. Products will only be dispatched after payment is received.

2. Ordering Process

Orders are placed by contacting us through the provided email or phone number. Once the details of your order are finalized, we will issue an invoice detailing the total cost, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. The invoice can be paid in full either upfront or upon delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if the product is unavailable.

3. Payment Terms

Payment can be made either in advance or at the time of delivery, depending on the agreement made during the ordering process. We accept bank transfers or other secure payment methods as discussed.

Please note that products will only be dispatched or delivered once the payment method has been confirmed.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Once the order is confirmed, the products will be prepared and dispatched. Delivery times may vary based on the product type and availability. We aim to fulfill orders within the estimated time provided during the order confirmation but are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., shipping company delays, customs issues).

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be included in your invoice.

5. Returns and Refunds

Since our products are made to order, returns and cancellations are not permitted once the manufacturing process has begun. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. Photographic evidence of the defect or damage will be required for any claims.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence of damage. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Warranty

All products come with a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, installation, or natural wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

LMA Cladding & Sauna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
